By participating in the free connection call with Fortitude Fertility Consulting ("Consultant"), you ("Client") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Purpose:

a. The connection call is intended to provide an opportunity for the Client to discuss their fertility journey, goals, and challenges with the Consultant.

b. The Consultant will offer guidance and recommendations based on the information provided during the call.

2. Confidentiality:

a. Both the Consultant and the Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any personal or sensitive information shared during the connection call.

b. The Consultant will not disclose any information shared during the connection call without the Client's explicit consent, except as required by law.

3. Limitations:

a. The connection call is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment from a licensed healthcare professional.

b. The Consultant's guidance and recommendations are based on the information provided during the call and may not be applicable to every individual situation.

c. The Client acknowledges that the Consultant does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from the connection call.

4. Medical Disclosure:

a. Information discuss is not a substitute for seeking and following medical advice, medical diagnosis or treatment from your physician. The medical/health information is provided for general informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice. Accordingly, before taking any actions based upon such information, we encourage you to consult with the appropriate medical professionals. We do not provide any kind of medical/health advice.

5. Non-HIPAA Compliance:

a. While the Consultant prioritizes the privacy and confidentiality of the Client, it is important to note that the services provided by the Consultant do not adhere to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations. Therefore, the Consultant cannot guarantee the same level of privacy and security as medical providers who are HIPAA compliant.

6. Use of Kajabi platform:

a. We leverage the Kajabi platform to deliver our services, including educational materials, courses, and consultations. Kajabi is a powerful tool that allows us to provide a user-friendly experience, but it's important to note that Kajabi is not a medical platform and does not provide medical services. The Kajabi platform is not HIPAA compliant.

7. No Obligation:

a. The Client is under no obligation to engage in any further services or consultations with the Consultant following the connection call.

b. The Consultant may offer additional services or programs to the Client, but the decision to engage in such services is solely at the discretion of the Client.

8. Termination:

a. Either party may terminate the connection call at any time for any reason.

b. In the event of termination, both parties agree to respect the confidentiality of any information shared during the connection call.

6. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

By participating in the free connection call, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
