By purchasing the Demystifying Your IVF Cycle Online Course with Fortitude Fertility Consulting ("Consultant"), you ("Client") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Course Description: The "Demystifying Your IVF Cycle" Online Course is designed to provide you with comprehensive information and guidance on the IVF process. Through a series of video lessons and downloadable resources, you will gain a deeper understanding of the various stages of an IVF cycle, potential challenges, and strategies for success.

2. Payment Terms: You have selected a payment plan. The total price of the program is divided equally over the course of 3 months. We accept credit/debit card payments for your convenience. All payments are processed securely and with the utmost respect for your privacy and security.

a. The total cost of this course is typically $1500, but may be discounted per the Consultant's discretion.

b. The Client agrees to make payment in installments as follows:

- Payment #1: Due on original date of purchase. This initial payment secures your spot and gives you immediate access to the program.

- Payment #2: Due 30 days after your initial payment.

- Payment #3: Due 60 days after your initial payment, completing your investment.

c. The Consultant will provide an invoice for each payment installment

d. Once the first payment is received, you will gain immediate access to the course materials.

3. Late Payment Policy:

a. Notification of Late Payment: If a payment is not received by the due date as outlined in our agreed payment schedule, Fortitude Fertility Consulting will send a courteous reminder via email within 3 business days of the missed payment. This reminder will include the amount due and instructions on how to make the payment.

b. Grace Period: We offer a grace period of 7 calendar days from the payment due date, during which clients can settle their outstanding balance without incurring any late fees. We understand that minor delays can occur and wish to accommodate such instances.

c. Late Fees: If payment is not received within the grace period, a late fee of 5% of the overdue payment amount will be applied. This fee is designed to cover the administrative costs associated with managing late payments and is not intended as a penalty.

d. Reinstatement: Clients who have had their services suspended due to non-payment can be reinstated upon settling their account in full. We welcome a discussion on how to best resume your journey with us following such an occurrence.

e. Continued Non-Payment: Persistent non-payment may necessitate further action, including temporary suspension of access to our services until the outstanding balance, including any applicable late fees, is fully paid. We will make every reasonable effort to communicate and work with our clients to avoid such situations.

4. Course Access: Upon successful enrollment, you will receive login credentials to access the course materials through our online learning platform. You will have unlimited lifetime access to the course. Please note that sharing your login credentials with others is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property: All course materials, including videos, worksheets, and downloadable resources, are the intellectual property of Fortitude Fertility Consulting, LLC. They are provided to you for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without our explicit written consent.

6. Refund Policy: We are confident that you will find immense value in our Demystifying Your IVF Cycle Online Course. Since this is a digital course and you receive immediate access to all information, there are no refunds.

7. Confidentiality: Any personal information shared with us during the course, including but not limited to medical history, will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. We will not disclose this information to any third parties without your explicit consent.

8. Limitation of Liability: While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee the effectiveness or outcome of any strategies or recommendations provided in the course. It is important to consult with your healthcare provider for personalized medical advice.

10. Non-HIPAA Compliance: While the Consultant prioritizes the privacy and confidentiality of the Client, it is important to note that the services provided by the Consultant do not adhere to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations. Therefore, the Consultant cannot guarantee the same level of privacy and security as medical providers who are HIPAA compliant. 

11. Use of Kajabi platform: We leverage the Kajabi platform to deliver our services, including educational materials, courses, and consultations. Kajabi is a powerful tool that allows us to provide a user-friendly experience, but it's important to note that Kajabi is not a medical platform and does not provide medical services. The Kajabi platform is not HIPAA compliant. 

12. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your access to the course if you violate any of the terms outlined in this agreement. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

By enrolling in the "Demystifying Your IVF Cycle" Online Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
